The Annual Bash!

Each year, the Hearst Elementary School Foundation holds an annual Event and Auction to help raise money for our school and students. Proceeds from the event have a direct impact on programs and facilities at Hearst. Everyone is able to participate in the auction whether you attend the event or not. 100% of proceeds go directly back to our school. The Bash gives parents, friends and teachers a chance to dine, dance, and bid on silent and live auction packages, to help raise funds for our various school needs. The event is so fun and includes a plated dinner and open bar.

This year’s theme is Out of This World! Come dressed as an Alien, an Astronaut, or your favorite Space Character!

The Annual Bash

The Annual Bash is the Foundation’s premier fundraising event of the year and one of the most anticipated evenings on our school calendar. Parents, teachers, and friends of Hearst come together for an unforgettable night of dining, dancing, and spirited live bidding, all in support of our students and school programs.

Guests enjoy a plated dinner, an open bar, and an exciting lineup of live auction packages that help drive meaningful impact. Each year, the event raises between $60,000 and $90,000, with 100 percent of proceeds going directly back to support Hearst Elementary Programs, Improvements and more!

The Auction

In addition to our Annual Bash, we host an incredible Silent Auction made possible by the generosity of our community. Each year, families and local businesses donate amazing items such as summer camps, sports registrations, restaurant gift cards, hotel stays, entertainment tickets, and so much more. With hundreds of items available, there is truly something for everyone.

The Silent Auction opens Wednesday, March 18 and culminates at the Bash.

Do you or someone you know have a connection to a restaurant, salon, boutique, dry cleaner, children’s store, theme park, or local business? Maybe a vacation home, rental property, sporting event tickets, theater seats, or a special talent to share such as art lessons, music instruction, or personal training. If so, we would love your help.
