What ways can Hearst families help?

There are several ways to help the PHESF support Hearst. We need donations to make the dinner auction a reality. Each classroom needs a coordinator to help gather donations for the classroom baskets for the silent auction and help the students create class artwork. Volunteers are needed to help set up for the reception/auction and to help on the night of the event. Most importantly, parents and community members are encouraged to attend the auction to help raise funds to continue making Hearst Elementary an excellent school!
